Unjust A League Grand Final Ending But Sportsbet Refunds Perth Glory Punters

Online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au has refunded all bets taken on Perth Glory to win the A-League Championship after its controversial ending.

Punters who backed Perth to win the A-League title at any stage during the season and throughout today’s match will have their bets refunded.

“It’s the least we can do for heartbroken Glory fans,” sportsbet.com.au’s Ben Hawes said. “It was an injustice what happened so this should ease some of their pain.”

Bets placed on today’s match being a draw after 90 minutes were also refunded.
